 v Definisi Present Perfect Tense
Suatu bentuk kata kerja tenses (biasa digunakan untuk menunjukkan waktu terjadinya suatu aktivitas bisa sekarang,lampau, atau masa depan) untuk menyatakan aktivitas dimulai pada waktu lampau dan berlangsung  hingga sekarang dan mungkin akan berlangsung atau melewati sekarang. Contoh :
·         I have worked here since 1999 -> di sini mungkin masih akan terus berlanjut
·         They have collected coins for many years -> disini sudah terjadi/bisa dibilang lampau

                                                        Increase BBM In Indonesian
             Indonesian has increased BBM since 2000s. This is because governments in Indonesia are less able to address this increase. Whereas the people of Indonesia are now minimal income even more necessities of life. Supposedly the fuel price increase can be overcome so that does not happen drawn - like this. People assume that governments in Indonesia have less initiative in solving some problems unlike in countries - developed countries there. They have tried other ways to help the government so that the fuel does not always go up. But it did not raise the idea Indonesian government's initiative. The Indonesian government has collected opinions of some political experts at this moment.  Almost all means try but have not produced results. But, it did not break the spirit of political experts. Political experts worked  together to find a solution in this case to be quickly resolved.  
            Perhaps it can be said now the problem of rising fuel has not yet been resolved karema lack of firm action and intelligent. But Jokowi has almost solved the problems of the rise in fuel prices.  Many media proclaim him that since he was elected president,  education, health and others - others go up a few percent. This was unexpected - expected by netizens Indonesia. They have thought that Jokowi is the same as the previous year's leader but did not.  Alternation of leaders also affect the economy of a country like the alternation of the new president.
            The people of Indonesia have collaborated to bring down the rising fuel prices.  For example, the people of Indonesia to save fuel by not wasteful in the use of fuel. Given it may slightly help the government but do not reduce the fuel price hike. Many in the community have tried a demonstration that the increase in fuel was lowered because their income is not in accordance with the necessities of life are increasing.  The government has made cooperative ties with other countries, it could help the economy in Indonesia's economic crisis, including fuel.  Even not only the increase in fuel but also the increase in the material - a staple of society.         
           

            Is quite alarming economic conditions in Indonesia, even leaders in Indonesia had also started to worry about the presence of this condition in Indonesia. For example only Jokowi have sought additional funds to different countries with a visit to the country - developed countries to establish a relationship with that country.   By forging ties together the various countries, Indonesia will be slightly helped in its economy. When compared with the leadership of Jokowi with the leadership of the president of the other, the one who could be said Jokowi can turn adversity into developing Indonesia. He has changed a little economy in Indonesia to be better than the previous one.
